Payment and License:
Is there anyway to trial your App?
Unfortunately I haven't in plan to do a trial version because it requires many time and tests and I prefer to spent time to implement new features.
However I guarantee 100% refund the payment within 48h from payment if requested me via email.
How do I pay if I don't have PayPal?
Unfortunately I have no other payment method to receive money.
As an alternative you could ask to a friend to manually send me money via PayPal and I'll manually create a License for you.
Is it possible transfer the license from my old device to the new one?
Yes, you can link up to 3 devices with the same Licensed Email Address. Anyway if you have already reached the limit you can ask me to reset the list.
Will I loose the License after resetting the phone or installing another ROM?
No, the License will persist forever on App's Server.
I want a refund
Refunds are accepted within 48h from the payment moment for ANY reason without any problem.
Please avoid to open a PayPal contestation because it makes the refund procedure much longer.
Just write me an email and I'll answer you in few minutes/hours.
General:
I installed your App but it crashes saying its has stopped working. What can I do?
This is the most common problem when your SuperSU App (the App for Rooting) it's not up to date. Please update it and then try again.
If the problem persist please check and enable "Draw over other apps" Android permission in its appropriate Settings page.
SPen removal not detected. What can I do?
Please be sure to have granted Root permissions and to have enabled an Android setting called "Allow Transparent Overlays" if your ROM has it, and don't forget to set SELinux to Permissive.
I'm stuck on "Waiting..." spinning circle initial page. What can I do?
This issue is generally caused by a corrupted "
/efs" folder or not matching/corrected Hardware informations.

I can't take screenshots with appropriate Gestures. What can I do?
Please check if your ROM has a special Android setting called "Allow Transparent Overlays" and if it is the case please enable it.
How do I enable Black&White Memo (aka. Screen-Off Memo)?
This feature works while the device is locked with PIN, pattern or password lock type and when "Turn-on screen when stylus is removed" option is enabled: when the stylus is removed the Black&White Memo will be launched.
Is your application works correctly with CyanogenMod 12.1?
Yes, all latests Android versions (starting from KitKat 4.4.2) are well supported.
Does your App enables stock S-Pen Apps ability to use the stylus?
Unfortunately no, stock SPen Apps requires a specific Samsung SDK that is available only on TouchWiz ROMs.
